Hi Ladies,

Yes its that time of year again, summer peaches are back in season and its time to work those booties!

Try this workout at home:

10 x Glute Bridges
10 x Static Squats
10 x Jump Squats
10 x Squat with Side Kick
10 x Squat Thrusts
Run around the block or do 200 hight knees!

Repeat everything 3 to 5 times through.
