Spring is here, and what better time to start the season off with an assessment of where you stand with your fitness. So, I am calling everyone who has been hiding out for the winter it’s time to get back outdoors and start ramping up the training schedule again; ready for spring carnival and toning up for summer! Because believe me it’s coming around faster and faster each year and will be here before you know it!

Each week we need to put in as many sessions as we can, and more importantly bring 100% energy to each session! This means we need to be fuelling our bodies with the correct foods! I have all the tools to help you stay on track and look forward to helping you achieve your new 3 month goals.
