In order to burn fat you need to eat high nutrient dense, low GI food groups like fruits, veggies, and nuts. And add plenty of good proteins. This will help balance your blood sugar levels, help you feel full for longer and stop those bad food cravings.

So you to get prepared to eat healthy and set up your week for success. The last thing you want to be feeling is super hungry with no healthy options around you to eat. This is what will let you down, so lets get organised.
