MEASURE YOUR SUCCESS
We will be offering an Inbody body composition analysis scan, a pre-challenge fitness assessment, as well as a brief information session on Saturday 4th at 7am. These are both really great tools to measure your progress over the 28 day period. NOTE: The body scans are an additional cost of $50 ($25 each scan - before and after).
In the last challenge, we had girls losing 6% body fat, and 5kgs, plus gaining the best fitness results! Improving 1+min on run times, 2.5+min on the plank, 15+ extra push-ups, and 20+ extra squats. And above all feeling fit, healthy and more energised!
We are located on beautiful Elwood Beach and we are fortunate to witness some of the best sweaty sunrises/sunsets Melbourne has to offer. If the weather permits we will generally take part of the session out to the beach and train outdoors but the majority of the sessions are set up indoors at the Elwood Angling Club.

HOW WE LIKE TO TRAIN
Our group fitness program is built around strength and conditioning. We focus on building strength for perfect posture. By having a good solid strength base your body is able to burn fat and maintain ideal body composition.
We program based on the overall goals of women. Pulling shoulders back, tightening tummies, strengthing and toning legs and lifting your butt!
Our strength workouts incorporate mobility and technique training to be able to lift correctly and with perfect form. Whilst our circuit classes include cardio intervals, plyometric bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, ropes and boxing to mix things up.
The key here is progressive overload and variety to keep your body guessing and always enhancing your results.
