Group fitness is a little more pricey than a gym membership and much more cost-effective than a PT session, plus you get the extra motivation and fun from all the girls. We have such an awesome bunch of ladies – social but also hard working.
Bootcamp classes are based around functional movements. We incorporating cardio intervals, strength and toning using plyometric body weight exercises. We also incorporate kettle bells, dumbbells, slam balls, ropes and boxing to mix things up. The key here is variety to keep your body guessing and always enhancing your results.
