- We assess where you are at fitness wise. It seems like a very simple step however most group training studios just throw you in the deep end. We take time out with you personally to understanding your strengths, weaknesses and goals so that we are able to optimise your training program to suit your needs. Not only does this enhance your results but also sets you up to avoid injuries.
- You are assigned your own personal coach. Whether that will be to lose 10, 20 or even 40kgs or just to build your strength so that you can run after your kids or in that marathon you've always dreamed about doing. We coach you to be the best version of yourself.
- We are only about good vibes and we pride ourselves on our amazing, inspiring, warm and friendly community of kick ass women. No mirrors, no clicks and no judgment. Just a bunch of gals on a mission to get a great ass.

HOW WE LIKE TO TRAIN
Bridge Fitness is built around strength and conditioning.
As we get older, our muscles start to detoriate. It is so important to build muscles to keep and or grow your strength.
We focus on building strength for perfect posture. By having a good solid strength base your body is able to burn fat and maintain ideal body composition.
We program based on the overall goals of our clients. Correcting posture, tightening the core, strengthing and toning both upper and lower body, and optimising the body to be able to burn fat and of course lift your booty!
Our strength workouts incorporate mobility and technique training to be able to lift correctly and with perfect form. Whilst our circuit classes include cardio intervals, plyometric bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, ropes and boxing to mix things up.
The key here is progressive overload and variety to keep your body guessing and always enhancing your results.
