We meet inside the Elwood Sailing Club, or just outside on the foreshore.

Everything is done online with our MINDBODY Booking System.

Everyone has to start somewhere and that’s why we are here to build up your fitness and get you feeling fabulous. We have lots of variation in our girls fitness levels so you will not be alone.

Our training sessions are challenging as we want to push you where you normally wouldn’t go yourself. However not all sessions are intense, we have a nice balance to allow your body time to rest and recover.

Please bring a towel and drink bottle to all sessions. If you need anything else, we’ll let you know beforehand.

Yes of course. We are always here to help you.

As long as you are eating healthy; the more you are committed to our training sessions, the more results you will see. Some of our clients have totally transformed their bodies losing over 20kgs. Check out our RESULTS page for more details.

You must let us know before you train and you must have clearance from your health professional stating you are able to exercise.

Absolutely! The more the merrier! Your friends’ first session is free. Just let us know that you’ll be bringing someone so we can plan ahead.
