With bridge fitness I found a place I could not only do amazing workouts that are varied and challenging but could also meet amazing woman who become your community and support. Bridge fitness is a group of people who support each other and build you up to be a stronger, braver you. I have lost 30kg with Bridge fitness over the last 2 years. She has helped me make life changes to my diet that are realistic and sustainable. Getting up every morning and smashing a workout is now normal and I love that this is my new life!

Bridge Fitness what can I say, after the first 3 weeks I was hooked. The next 12 months have been so much fun, I have lost weight and centimeters while gaining so many new and wonderful friends who support me in my fitness goals and love a coffee afterwards. Bridge has really helped me focus on my goals and given me a way I can achieve them. She is so passionate about fitness and wants to see you achieve your potential.
