With bridge fitness I found a place I could not only do amazing workouts that are varied and challenging but could also meet amazing woman who become your community and support. Bridge fitness is a group of people who support each other and build you up to be a stronger, braver you. I have lost 30kg with Bridge fitness over the last 2 years. She has helped me make life changes to my diet that are realistic and sustainable. Getting up every morning and smashing a workout is now normal and I love that this is my new life!
Bridge Fitness what can I say, after the first 3 weeks I was hooked. The next 12 months have been so much fun, I have lost weight and centimeters while gaining so many new and wonderful friends who support me in my fitness goals and love a coffee afterwards. I’m totally addicted to Bridge Fitness. She provides me with friendly, personalised training. I absolutely love the way it makes me feel, both in body and mind. I’ve never felt so motivated, nor enjoyed exercising so much. The trainers and fellow boot campers are all so friendly.
I’ve been a member of Bridge Fitness for 1 year now and it’s the only regular exercise program I’ve ever stuck with. Nothing about Bridge Fitness is superficial. Bridge and Hannah are fantastic, down-to-earth trainers who work you hard with different routines every day.

Loving doing bootcamp at Bridge Fitness. Both Bridge n Megs are fantastic n know how to push me. Bothe have made me fall in love with fitness. Also the girl tribe is best. Who needs to join a big know gym!
