No Sugar for the month of August


Now it’s time for our final WINTER NUTRITION CHALLENGE so that means NO SUGAR for the next 4 weeks! Can you do it…yes you can 🙂

Remember the same rules apply to last month 10 burpees every time you slip up and NO cheat days allowed. Of course it’s just for a bit of fun and to make you think about what’s going in that mouth, challenge yourself and let me know how you go.

So to start you all off I have got some recipes links below, with heaps more on the I QUIT SUGAR website (I just stuck to the obvious – sweet recipes, but there are loads of other great recipes)
