HOW WE LIKE TO SWEAT

All of our classes are based around building strength, correcting posture, improving cardiovascular fitness and of course uplifting your butt.

Using strength and conditioning as our base incorporating, functional movements and high-intensity intervals to burn fat and create a feminine body shape. 

Book Class

LIFT (FULL BODY STRENGTH)

LIFT is a full-body strength workout based around the big compound movements. Technique comes first!
These classes will make you stronger, create better posture as make you fitter and more energised as well as uplift your butt!
We program over a 3 week period so that you are progressing your weight and reps to increase your overall strength and performance. 

SWEAT (HIIT STYLE)

SWEAT a combo of cardio and resistance training in one hard-core workout! Using functional body weight movements, to challenge your muscles on different angles, with different timing, and various tempos. Great for building lean muscle mass and getting your sweat on!

FIGHT CLUB (BOXING)

Boxing (aka Fight club) for fitness is the perfect all over body workout, great to get your heart pumping & burn lots of calories. The right balance of strength & cardio put together.

YOGA

YOGA is the perfect addition to all of the training that is we do during the week. Increase your flexibility, stretch, realign and refresh the mind and body.
