20 days of clean eating, 3 weeks of training minimum 5 times per week with a nice new strength program! I am hoping for awesome results and great feedback from all the ladies taking on this challenge.
So what do I mean by clean eating??? No processed foods or drinks, no dairy, no alcohol and limited starchy carbs! For all those interested you will be added to a private Facebook group where you will have access a nutrition plan, recipes, to post all your questions, food pics and other training motivation.
If anyone wants to take it a step further and track their Macronutrients please let me know and I will help you set it up.
For those who have a bit of weight to lose, I want you to weigh yourself first thing tomorrow morning and we can also take measurements tomorrow!
