Can you believe it, February is already hear? My gosh!!
So it is time to really put the pressure on and get back into that awesome fitness routine you finished off last year with.
This Saturday 31st January the ladies at Bridge Fitness joined forces from all locations – Bootcamp St Kilda, Bootcamp Elwood and Bootcamp South Yarra to kick of FEB FIT with a Fitness Assessment; including setting goals, checking weight, taking measurements and photos. And such a great turn out as you can see!
The new program will begin first thing Monday morning working on building lean muscle mass and shredding any excess body fat through interval training.
We look forward to seeing everyone’s results over the next few weeks!
